Tyler Wiedmer was born and raised in a small farm town in Wisconsin. He graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Chicago in 2011, completing the Automotive, Diesel/ Industrial, & International Truck programs. After school he moved to Charleston to begin his career as an Over-The-Road Diesel Technician. After six years in that role, he transitioned to marine and industrial work. He’s been a Marine Diesel Technician specializing in Volvo Penta for the past 9 years. He has been with Coastal Carolina Yachts for the past 4 years working on anything with a diesel. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids and riding his motorcycle.
